• Eligibility: Applicants must:- Own and occupy the home as a primary residence.- Be willing to partner with Habitat (this includes contributing sweat equity hours towards the repair project).- Have the ability to pay a portion of the total repair cost (20%).
• Requirements: List of required information includes: Proof of home ownership, Employment Verification - including a letter to verify employment, 6 months of pay stubs, SSI/SSA Income Statement of Benefits, Public Assistance Verification (if applicable), Bank Statements for all accounts, and Other Income/Wage Verification.
